I got this Art Impressions stamp at an outlet store while I was shopping with Kathy. ( We need to do this again!)I thought it would be a fun addition to this layout. The paper is from CTMH called School Zone. It is really old. The title and balloons were done with a Sizzix dies called Phrase Friends and Happy Birthday. Thanks for stopping by and SCRAP HAPPY!
