Seaside Workshop Times Three!

I made my version of the Seaside Workshop for this layout. I just love it. I liked it so much that I made an 8 x 11 version and an 8 x 8 layout for other people.

The stamps are : Treasured Friendship, and Sea Side Workshop. I cut the die cuts out with my Art Booking cartridge. I also used the Sea Side assortment and Aqua Dots that came with the workshop.
It might not be to late to get this paper or workshop. Today should be the last day! http://brendamckerchie.ctmh.com go to my web page to check and see.  Thanks for stopping by!

Bingo!!!!

This paper is older but it is great for boy and man pages. We were lucky to be able to visit with my sister and her family and I took tons of pictures since we do not see them often. The paper, Journaling spots, and chip board are all from the collection Lucky. The really fun thing is that I got them all on the While Supplies Last list but not at the same time. The picture of the layout is not so good but I am now working on a new system for taking pictures so in the future they should be better. Thanks for stopping by and SCRAP HAPPY!

Stardust Scraps 2

Okay so next I made some cards with the scraps. The first card is really easy to do and use up small scraps. The Top card in the second picture has a pop up on the inside that I made using the Artfully sent Cricut cartridge. I finally got it ( for 1/2 price using my hostess rewards from my party. Thank You girls) and now they are coming out with a new one! I still have a few scraps so you may see one more Stardust post in the future. Thanks for stopping by- Brenda

Using Up My Paper Pack Stardust

I decided that with the new Close To My Heart book coming out soon I should try to use some of my older paper. i did a series of post in the past using up a paper pack but this one has less paper left so it will not be as long. The paper pack is called Stardust.

The first thing I made with this paper pack was two layouts. I did a 12 x 12 page and a 8 x8  page for my dads book. I used some Deja Views Clear Cut Shapes i had in my stash with a clearance price of 1.99! I also used some CTMH Designer Brads-Splendor that I got off the While Supplies Last list. Speaking of that pleas check out the list and the retiring list on my website so make sure there is not something you want before it is gone! CTMH convention is this week and we will be getting a new book soon.http://brendamckerchie.ctmh.com

Wow! Little Stamp With A Big Punch

So this little inexpensive stamp is so versatile! I used the wanderful paper from CTMH and one with Surfs Up. The stamp is called A True Thank you and I also used a old Petite Perks stamp for the heart. I colored the stamp with my CTMH Touch Twin Markers. I added some bling from my stash. I actually made these cards while we were camping. They were quick ans easy and did not require a ton of "stuff" I had at home. Thanks for stopping by and Scrap Happy

We Found A Bunny!

Krista and Rob saved a baby bunny from our cat and they tried to raise it one spring. It did not make it( bummer) but I got some pictures of it when they found it. The paper is from CTMH called Cherry-O. I used a definition from Paper Pisazz. The bunny was a Sizzix die. I used a Tim Holtz stamp that I won at a crop of Jenna's The ribbon is CTMH, and the guitar pick has been in my stash for awhile. It is from AMM

The Secret!

I have been trying to get my layouts in order. I do not always make them in order and I just put then in a box when they are finished. I put them in scrapbooks after all the events are scrap booked. So this weekend I decided to do the enormous task of trying to get them in order. I must tell you that a lot of them are from 2012 and a few 2011 mixed in. Well I was looking at the layouts thinking "man I do not look that bad in that picture." And a light bulb went on! The trick to putting pictures of yourself on a layout is to scrapbook them a minimum of two years after the event! I always think I look younger and skinnier in older pictures (which I am) and then I am not so against using the pictures of my self if I think I look good. So that is the epiphany! You must be at least two years behind on your  scrapbooks to take advantage of this plan. All of you who are not up to date on you layouts can celebrate!

These pictures are older ones that I have not gotten around to using. (That is also on my to do list, Using the few older pictures that are left so I can complete an album.) I used the My Stickease from Later Sk8r but I used some paper from Little Yellow Bicycle called Game On I got from Jenna's store. I also used some Magic Mesh I have had in my stash for a long time. I was happy with how both products fit together so well. Thanks for stopping by and SCRAP HAPPY

Hello Card

I love this card. The paper was from a CTMH special but it turned out great by chance because the Hi happened to be right on the front when I cut the card out. All I had to do was add some bling from my stash and cut the strip off of another paper in the pack for a sentiment. super easy! Thanks for stopping by and scrap happy!
