Tinkerin layout

 The paper I used for this layout is Tinkering.  I used the It's Your day stamp set to make the dots on the title.  I used Spare Parts- Brads, Vellum "sayings"stack  A guy Thing and I used Sketchabilites sketch(June 15)  http://sketchabilities.blogspot.com  . I also used CTMH rub-ons All-Out Adventure, and my Art Philosophy Cartridge.    I am happy that I used up a little of my older paper and stuff.  In addition I made an 8x8 page for my dad's book and I used the negative to make my t because I ran out of T's.  These are such fun pictures that I did not want to take to much attention away from them. Star Dust Layout

I found this older paper and discoverd I had not even cut into it yet! I think I got it on a clearance deal a while ago but decided I really need to use some!  I used Star Dust and Dotty For You  paper on thislayout.  The stamps are: You Are ( april SOTM), and Paradise.   I also used white gross grain ribbon, Tiny Tabs, Blue Button Assortment, and Topiary-My accents.  I added my cheater twin from Maya Road.  I love how the stamping looks around the pictures on the far right.  I decide these pictures needed something more and added itat the last min.  

Twitterpated Layout

I used Twitterpated paper for this layout.  I love this paper!!! I also used an older stamp fro Will'n Way.  I colored it with my new CTMH alcohol- based shading markers.  I think these are my new favorite thing from Close To My Heart.  I can not wait for more colors to be avaliable. Bunch of cards for scraps

 I did not get as much scrapbooking done on my vacation as I was hopeing but I did do alot of house and yard work. I  mowed the lawn, cleaned the oven, put hoses away and got the yard ready for winter as well as cleaned my son's bathroom downstairs.  That makes me feel a little better.  Here are a bunch of cards I made with scraps I had around fro other projects.

 This card was made with Typeset paper and Live Out Loud September 2011 SOTM.

 These two were made with Roxie paper and the Card Chatter-Sympathy stamps. I also used the cheater paper ( zebra stripe) I made for the girls layout that I stamped over.  I got this paper at Hobby Lobby.

 This one used the stamp set Potential (march SOTM)

Elemental thankyou card

The paper I used is Elemental. The stamp is Life is Tweetz (June SOTM), and Thoughtful Tidings  I got this paper on the While Supplies Last list but, so sad, it is gone now.  Scrap Happy!

Heart 2 heart layout with footloose

I did this layout following the sketch on Heart 2 Heart http://heart2heartchallenges.blogspot.com The paper is Footloose and I used badge buttons.  The stamps I used were, Just Chillin, Under the sea, and Hook,Line, & Sinker.  I have used the last stamp a million times on fishing pages but I think it turned out different because I did not use normal fishing colors and paper.  Thanks for stopping by.

Little note book gifts

I recovered these little notebooks as gifts for my girls.  the stamp set I used is It's your day.  I used some scraps from Dotty For You, Footloose, and miracle.  I also used some extra chipboard and twine and hobby Lobby Bling.  I just delivered the last one yesterday when I got to go to my friend Tricia's to scrapbook so I can now post them on my blog.  I did not want to ruin the surprise!

Traverse City trip

Past weekend.  It was beautiful with all the fall colors. 

It was kind of cold and rainy but we still go to take a

bunch of pictures and had a blast.  Hoping to get

back to scrap booking this week.

Clementine card

I used Clementine paper to make this card for someone at work who's dog died.  I is amazing how attached we become to our animals and how they become part of our family. The stamps are: Clementine workshop, Card Chatter-Sympathy and A Bowwow.  Have a great day.  Scrap Happy!

Ememental layout 2

 Another layout using my new Elemental stuff from CTMH that I got for a steal off the while supplies last list.  For more info check the posting before this one.   I layered the Dimensional elements on my journaling for a 3-d effect and used the negative from this on the page. The zip strip from the top of the paper was used as the border.  Scrap Happy!

Elemental layout

 I just got a shipment of stuff from Close To My Heart from the While supplies last section.  This Elemental paper was only 3 dollars for 24 sheets of bulk.  The Irresistibles Lots Of Dots letters was only1.50  and the Complements Dimensional element sheet was 1.50!   What a deal.  You can get them all right now on the like to my CTMH shopping site on the side of my blog.  I took the negative from the Dimensional elements and did a 8x8 page for my sons book so I am still being thrifty!  ( Black arrow below )   Yay me!  I also wanted to give a shout out to Gloria and her blog today about balance.  So true!  I am trying to fit stuff in myself.  http://scraptabulousstudio.com  I would LOVE to hear your thoughts.  It would make my day.  Thanks for stopping by.

Art Prize 2012

         This is what we have been up to.  Not much scraping getting done the last two weekends because we have been trying to see some of the Art Prize stuff in GrandRapids.  Rob can not do a lot of walking so we have to do it a little at a time. I have been working a ton also but will be on vacation soon and hope to get a lot of craft time in.   Thanks for stopping by and sorry I do not have any projects to post.
