A Christmas Angel

Any one remember what this CTMH paper is called? I can not remember and of course I can not find my notes. The stamp is called Share The Magic. I have been working on Christmas layouts which are always a challenge for me. There is always so many pictures and so much going on in them. For this layout I resisted the urge to put to many pictures on the layout so that these really cute pictures would be the focus. Well it is back to work. I will have to include more photos on my next layout or I will never finish with Christmas! Wish me luck and thanks for stopping by.

Easter Layout With Dream Pop

Hello I,m back already! The shower was a success I would say. The weather was great and everyone hung out in the back yard for the cookout. It rained just as everyone was leaving. Now this week I am on a much needed vacation! Yay! Krista starts drivers ed this week and swimming practice has started so I will still be pretty busy.   I used Dream Pop paper for this layout. The stamps I used are: Cherish The Day, and Capture the Date. The flowers and gems are from Hobby Lobby's clearance section. For the title I used a new Cricut Cartridge I got really cheap from Meijer. Plus I even finished my journaling! Thanks for stopping by and Scrap Happy!!!

Gorgeous Bridal Shower invites!

Well it has been a rough couple of weeks! First I hurt my hand and now two weeks of overtime but I made it!!! We are having a bridal shower for my sons fiancee and these are the invitations. I used a CTMH stamp and one of the new embossing folders. ( well it is new to me anyway) The ribbon is from Michael's and the embellishments are Jolee's that I picked up on clearance somewhere. This is not my normal style for sure but I was trying for elegant. Thanks for stopping by! Brenda

Boys will be Boys!

                                                 8 X 8 layout for my dad.
                                                        12 x !2 layout
                                                                         Card with extra stuff
                                                       A couple more cards.

Wow what a lot for this post. I made two layouts and then some cards with the scraps. The paper is by DCWV The Guy Stack. The following is CTMH: Tapestry Rub- ons( Dark Chocolate), Irresistible Miracle Chipboard Die cuts, Mile Post Shapes, Durables-Round, and Color Ready Kraft Borders. For the cards I used It's Your day, and the Later Sk8ter Workshop stamp. I also added some brads and bling from my stash and CTMH Autumn Harvest Sassy Strands. I was happy to use up some older stuff and my paper went a long way making layouts and cards! Scrap Happy!! Brenda

Rough & Tough!!

Wow almost time for school to start. My hand is doing better , and that is good because I was on overtime last week and will be this week also. Sigh. The pictures on this layout are from a couple of summers ago. I used Later Sk8r paper and the workshop stamp that goes with it .I also used  the Pendant Alphabet stamp and bakers twin from Maya Road. Lastly I used the Later Sk8r Assortment. Yes there is no journaling on this layout. I took the picture right after I finished it so that I did not forget, but have since finished my journaling. I hope you are enjoying the last of your summer and thanks for stopping by.
