I got the idea of this card online. I have seen a couple of versions.The paper is Georgie by Close To My Heart. The balloons were die cut with a Sizzix die and the celebrate is a die by Die- Versions. I like how all the balloon's look like they are floating when the card opens. Thanks for stopping by. Brenda
