Today Is The Day!

Today is the day! We are going to Party! These were last years party invites. I used a Sizzix die and some very old CTMH paper for these cards. I love the pop up part. I hope you have a fun filled day and Scrap Happy!

Party Sneak Peek!

I made these cards using some homemade spray that i am going to show you how to make at the crop Saturday! bring and empty Bath and Body spray bottle or a trial size hairspray bottle to make your own! The birthday greeting is a CTMH stamp. the ribbon was from my stash.  Thanks for stopping by!

The Count Down !

The count down has begun! Less than a week until my birthday crop! I still have a ton of work to do but this week I have vacation so I still have time. I spent all weekend messing around in my craft room, so today I have to get down to business with this house. I used a sketch I found online for this layout from Kristine Davison. The card was made from my scraps.The papers are Timberline and Clementine.  I used cottage assortment and a couple of stamps,You are, and Fill In The Blank. So far it has been raining most of my vacation. While that will force me to stay inside to work on my house, it is still a bummer. I am looking forward to some spring sun soon! Recycled Jars

We saved a ton of jars and colored them with food coloring and Modpodge to make center pieces for Matt and Erins wedding. I took a few of the leftover ones and made these fall candles. I used my Cricut to cut the sticker, and the flowers were made with silk. I found the idea on pinterest for them.

I think the jars are pickle jars. We saved all kinds of jars for well over a year for the wedding project.

Monkey Birthday card

 For this card I used a bunch of leftover pieces of Baby Cakes paper I cut up for a layout. The banners were cut out using my Art Philosophy Cartridge. the Stamp I from Close To My Heart and I used my CTMH markers to color it. It always makes me feel like I have accomplished something GREAT when I use up these pieces. LOL Thanks for stopping by and Scrap Happy!

Polo State Champs!

So proud of the girls JV polo team. They ended the season 25 - 0 and won state! It has been crazy busy but alot of fun. Great Job Girls!  I just thought you might like to see what I have been doing while I neglected my blog.

Funny Anniversary Card

        Wow another crazy week! Working 12 hours and then polo practice and games. I actually had to have a couple of people give Krista rides home from the meets this week and had to miss a game. I can not wait until my birthday crop for some craft time!
   This card was one of the ones I was making with Kathy's Art Impression stamps. There are two separate stamps that go together and the sediment is from Close To My Heart. All the paper is from my stash. I love these characters.all those stamps just make me smile every time I see them. Thanks for stopping by and Scrap Happy!
