For this card I used the CTMH stamps A Bow Wow, and The Happy Couple. The graduation hat is from another stamp in my stash. I stamped the dog on brown card stock and the fussy cut him out. I also fussy cut him a different color collar. Thanks for stopping by and Scrap Happy!
