Simon Says challenge Bling It ON!

For this card I used some really old Bo bunny paper and ribbon called heart Throb. I also used a Sizzix die Card Majestic Flip-its. Then I used a new embossing I won at a crop from Gina Marie. The red Gems are from K& Company, which I also got at that crop. The blue ones are from my stash. They actually said the word angel but I have been cutting them apart and using them. Christmas tags

I cut these tags out with my cricut using Art Philosophy. The paper is Believe and the stamp is Christmas Delights. I used some of the scraps from my cards.

Here is a picture of this. I had a ton of scraps this size from cutting out the cards in the craft room and this was a great way to use them!

This was super easy since the Cricut did most of the work. i added a piece of twine and they were all done. A cheep way to make tags and use up my scraps! Thanks for stopping by. Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Craft room card

I cut these cards from the Cricut Craft Room when they had a different card to cut free everyday.  I used some of the sparkle paper from CTMH for the star. It was actually some small scraps that were left over from another project. Some of the paper is CTMH Creative Basics older stuff. I am not positive about the other paper. Thanks for stopping by. Christmas layout

My oh My I have been busy! Sorry about that! One of these layout is a 12 x 12 and on is an 8 x8. The paper on the 12 x 12 is Little yellow Bicycle - Christmas. I am not sure of the paper on the other one. Both of these layouts were made with stuff I have had forever with the exception of the Little Yellow Bicycle paper. The Wreath is from jolee's boutique. We are most definitely going to have snow for Christmas. At least no more freezing rain and ice. many people in our area do not have power. Well I hope you all have a Merry Christmas. Another Cricut Craft room card

I cut this card with my CTMH cartridge Art philosophy and the Ho Ho Ho was cut with the free craft room cut. The paper is Believe and the stamp is Share The Magic. Artbooking layout

I was so excited to finally try out the new Close To My Heart cartridge Art Booking! My friend Becky got it and was kind enough to bring it over so we could play with it. She was my first visitor besides my family to visit my new scrap room. We both made a layout but sadly I did not get a picture of hers. Hers was really cute!The paper I used was Super Hero and I also used the Dimensional Elements that came with the Workshop On The Go. The stamps are Blue Ribbon and the Super Hero workshop stamp. I also threw in some Maya Road twine. I took scraps of paper and put them behind the overlay to accent some of the words. Thanks for stopping by and SCRAP HAPPY!

Christmas card using Christmas Delights Stamp

How about a Christmas card? Are you guys getting ready for Christmas? I am working on sending cards and writing a letter to go with them. For this card I used some old paper called Little Sizzles Country. The rick- rack and stamp is from Close To My Heart. I also used some Hobby Lobby bling. As an added note on this I guess I am not the only one who is found of this. I gave my niece a little baggy full awhile back and when she was here last weekend she said she had used almost all of it up.  LOL So of course I gave her some more. I gave the girls a box of stuff when I moved into my scrap room and she used some to make an entire scrapbook for a school project! YAY I can not wait to see it. Thanks for stopping by!

Layout with Lucky paper

I am super excited to share this layout with you! I really love how it turned out.  Awhile back I made some create banners using a Tim Holtz Sizzix die ( see them under banners on right) and I had a few rosettes left so I made this title. When we were lucky enough to have my sister visit and these pictures were taken I knew they were the ones to go with the title.The paper is Lucky from CTMH, and so are the level 2 assortments. I also used Lucky level 2 Journaling spots, and Blue Button Assortment. The burlap is from Hobby Lobby. I just took a string from the burlap and used it on the chipboard.

Well I think I bit off a little more than I could chew on this project! I saw the Monday Simon Says challenge(not until Friday) and had this great idea. I just got the new Close To My Heart stamp Magical Holiday and decided this would be perfect. Every tag has a number and the middle ones also say Merry Christmas. You could hang one up everyday in December until Christmas, but I have decided that I put to much work into it to not have it up all month! I had a hard time getting pictures because I have spent so much time on this that it is now dark! LOL Below are some more pictures and I am making a list of supplies at the bottom. Cricut card free cut #3

I used CTMH Frosted paper for this card. This was another free cut on Cricut Craft Room. Everyday they are posting a new one. I hope all your shopping is going well. As for me, I made a quick stop this morning and did a bunch online and now I am free to scrap and clean house. YEAH! Which one should I do first? Scrap Book Room

Cricuts first spot.

New spot.

The shelf that I got from my childhood room at my dad's. That proved to be a problem since it was larger than the bedroom doorway. We had to cut a little off from the bottom.

And now it is starting to look like my craft room! All messy and lived in. I really like the new sign I have on the wall that says "Do small things with great love"

Cricut Craft room Cards

I have been playing with the online Cricut Craft Room and every day this month there is a different free card you can cut. Here are cards from two different days. I used some very old CTMH paper for the Joy card. ( Creative Basics-Holiday. For the Peace card I used Creative Basics-Mistletoe and the St Nick stamp.It has been kind of fun to look and see what the card is every day. Thanks for stopping by!

Izzy's bed in scrap room

Izzy has been visiting me in my new scraproom so I made her a spot with some blankets. She likes to lay under the table so she does not get stepped on. well even Izzy's spot got an upgrade. I decide to make her spot more permanent in my room and she got a new bed! I am still working on getting everything where I want it but she is pretty happy with her space.

 This is also Krista's side of the table. She has some drawer under the table and some room on the shelves on that side. She has been in organizing her space also.

Scrap Book Room Closet

Okay this is what my closet looked like before I painted and took down the wall paper. I decide to keep the metal doors and just paint them. That way I could use them to put up magnetic decorations and storage.

I have now just painted the inside of the closet. The old book shelf will stay inside like this to separate the things that are not scrapbooking but must stay in there and also to give me some more shelves to put things on. Making progress.

The bottom rectangles are painted with chalkboard paint so we can write on them. I replaced the knobs with some fun pink clear pink ones I got in the dollar bin at Micheal's for 1/2 price. Another steal!
